Advertising
Type of ads
We welcome banner and text advertisements (please refer to the specifications) that promote your brand, as well as e.g. partnerships or research programs.
We do not accept advertisements that solely focus on individual products or services with price tags, nor do we accept any form of sponsored editorial content (also known as advertorials).
Frequency & dates
Our newsletter is distributed monthly, around the 15th of the month, depending on topics +/- 4 days
The deadline for your ad order, your payment, and delivery of your ad is the 12th of each month.
Ad placement and timing
Your advertisement receives an exclusive placement in our newsletter, as we maintain a strict limit of only two advertisements per edition.
Our newsletter seamlessly integrates advertisements within its content, clearly indicating to our readers that they are promotional in nature.
Priority will be given to advertisers who book regularly. In the event of overbooking, your advertisement will be considered once we have received your order and payment, and it will be placed in the upcoming newsletter(s).

Ordering and upload
We only accept online orders. You can order a banner or a text advertisement. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email invoice. Please note that only prepaid ads will be included in the newsletter.
As soon as we have received your payment, your ad will be featured in the next available newsletter. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter to control your ad placement.
Banner advertisements
- Your digital ad needs to be sized 560x300px with a high resolution.
- Ensure that the upload is properly formatted using the form below.
- If you have a link to include, kindly provide it in the designated form section.

Content we accept
If you would like to publish a contribution in our newsletter for free:
- Make sure that you inform us in advance and got our confirmation that we will include your content on our monthly newsletter.
- Your content is clearly related to Switzerland and relevant for the entire biotech community in Switzerland. If you would like to book paid advertising, please use the order form.
- Your content covers all required info (see content requirements) and is sent to us by email by the 12th of each month latest.
Content requirements
- A teaser title (max. 70 characters – incl. spaces)
- A main title (max. 45 characters – incl. spaces)
- Text (max. 500 characters – incl. spaces)
- An illustration picture without any embedded text in a 3:4 format, or your logo
- A link to your website relevant to your input or or contact information (e.g. Email and/or phone number).
- We reserve the right to decide whether and how your content is published to guarantee best fit in our newsletter.
